I started with the company fresh from college back in 2006. My first role was on the service desk and I have progressed over the years to become Ignite’s Operations Manager.
My role involves managing all aspects of service delivery, provisioning, project delivery and the day to day commercials of the business. I thrive on delivering great customer service and working with the latest technologies. When I’m not at work, I to like to follow sport. If I’m not watching Arsenal, I’ll be out running or mountain biking. I try to get away to the mountains each year for some skiing.
