Utilize plc chooses Ignite for broadband and hosting services

Utilize plc has named Ignite as its exclusive online services partner quoting improved fault diagnosis capabilities and faster resolution of connectivity problems as being the main factors in its decision.

The Essex-based network support company will be using Ignite for the provision of all business grade broadband connections and hosting services to its customers. During its ten-year history, Utilize has worked with numerous ISPs, but an inability to find a partner who could offer adequate access to vital support systems has proved a constant source of frustration.

Following a recent rise in demand for remote access solutions and VoIP telephony, Utilize was forced to reassess its requirements. The company wanted to align itself with a partner that could provide services from true business grade carriers backed up with transparent 24/7 technical support. Its new partnership with Ignite was the result of three months market research and has finally given the company the peace of mind it has been looking for.
