With over a decade of experience in the IT & telephony sectors, I’m a relatively new member to Ignite’s senior management team, having joined in August 2014. Passionate about telephony, my responsibilities span the commercial operations of our business. On a daily basis, I work closely with industry-leading vendors and network operators to ensure the end-to-end solutions Ignite delivers to its clients remain nothing short of exceptional. At the weekend, you’ll find me running around after my son or sampling a good bottle of red (although not at the same time, of course.)
I am responsible for all technical and operational aspects of Ignite’s business activities. My team works hard to ensure clients continue to benefit from the high levels of expertise and quality services they have grown accustomed to. At the weekends you’ll find me at Villa Park (I’m an Aston Villa season ticket holder), kite surfing, climbing mountains or acting as a taxi for the kids!
In recent years, I have presided over significant organic growth at Ignite and spearheaded a number of key acquisitions to improve geographic coverage and add complementary services to our product portfolio. Our greatest asset is still our staff and I have tried to create an environment which nurtures personal development and prosperity whilst remaining a fun place to work. All of our customers have my mobile number and direct email address should they ever have any concerns – although, fortunately, I’m rarely contacted. At the weekends you’ll find me taking the kids to their various sports activities and walking the dogs.
I started with the company fresh from college back in 2006. My first role was on the service desk and I have progressed over the years to become Ignite’s Telecoms Project Manager. My role involves managing the telecoms support and provisioning teams as well as planning phone/cabling installations. I thrive on delivering great customer service and working with the latest technologies. When I’m not at work, I to like to follow sport. If I’m not watching Arsenal, I’ll be out running or mountain biking. I try to get away to the mountains each year for some skiing.
I joined Ignite in March 2016 and have more than 15 years’ telecommunications sales management experience. My key responsibility is to develop and maintain quality customer relationships. Transparency, knowledge and commitment to the customer are my main strengths and I work daily with our team of consultants to ensure that Ignite continues to put the client at the heart of every bespoke business solution it delivers. At the weekend, I’m passionate about greyhound racing, so you will find me cheering on all my Chopchop dogs at Romford stadium and hopefully celebrating a winner or two.
